A gentle reminder:
In accordance to the process and procedures laid down in Maharashtra Educational Institutions (Regulation of Fee) Act, 2011v and Maharashtra Educational Institutions (Regulation of Fee) Rules, 2016, Parent of every student in the school and all the Teachers of the school will be the member of the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) for the academic year 2026-27.
Members elected in the Executive Committee will be the Executive member of the Parent Teacher Association (EPTA).
We hereby request you to fill up the willingness form attached herewith, to volunteer as the Member of the Executive Committee of your class in the academic year 2026 - 2027.
One parent from every Standard will be selected through a ballot.
The ballot will be held during the PTA meeting scheduled in the month of June.
Please submit the willingness form duly filled and signed in the school office on or before Tuesday 28 April 2026.
Willingness forms have been received only from parents of Std. I, II, III and V.

We welcome you all to the New Academic Year 2026-2027

Dear Parents,
As a part of the Pune Climate Warrior and Sagar Mitra initiatives, Gurukul is proud to join the campaign to reduce plastic use, collect plastics and save our oceans.
Children are requested to bring waste plastic items that are:
Completely dry
Neatly packed
Date to bring plastics: Friday 10th April 2026
Any plastic waste generated at home, which is easy for children to carry can be brought.
Please note that the plastic items should be clean and devoid of food particles or any strong chemicals.
Let us all come together and do our bit to Save the Ocean, Save the Planet.

1. all the relevant information is filled neatly.
2. the photograph is pasted wherever required.
3. that the diary remains in a good condition throughout the year.
4. the diary is checked every day and signed if the teacher has written any note.
You may -
1. fill the transport details once you are sure about the same.
2. cover the diary with a reusable transparent cover.
Name tags have been issued only to the new admissions presently.
Our old students can continue wearing their old name tags for April 2026.
